The successful launching of the first Information and Service Delivery Network (ISDN) for Adolescent Health and Development (AHD) in Tabaco City last February 14, 2017 at Tabaco National High School was made possible by the strong multi-sectoral collaboration of the LGU, government and non-government sectors, the media, academe and faith-based organizations.
